Mayestik Traditional Market or Pasar Mayestik had been a
famous traditional market since a long time. It was opened in 1981 and had
everything. People can shop for vegetables, groceries, every kinds of meat,
fruits, even medicine. Despite all of that goods, Mayestik is famous for its
fabric.

end of the quality scale right through to luxurious silks.
Shoppers are free to
choose among various colors and patterns to create that perfect dress for a
wedding or party. Prices are low for great quality and a range of options.
Of course it was still a traditional market with its negative
characters such as dirty, hot, and smelly. Until the government renovated it
into a more modern building that clean and cool.
Now the shopper can shop more convenient in Mayestik. Don’t forget
to bargain, because even though the building is modern, the market is still
traditional.
To reach Pasar Mayestik you can take bus no 72, 69, 71, and 74
from Blok M. You can also take bajaj for 15k from Blok M.
